Full-stack software developer - I love what I do: borrowing from the devops and #noprojects movements to solve problems efficiently and effectivley.
I’m a big believe in devops, in empowering teams through transparent responsibilties and clear communication. I personally enjoy working full stack: from the how the users use a product, coding the front-end, coding the back-end, orchestrating the platform, and the pieces that glue it all together. I find that working across the stack in this way gives me the best view of how to go about solving problems: fixing bugs and implementing new features.
I’m very new to working LEAN, but reading about #noprojects I’ve found it’s a movement that I can really relate to. #noprojects organises LEAN and agile ideas in a way that resonates with me in a way that hasn’t before, particularly around the idea that products grow as long as they’re valuable, but moreso how we go about codifying that value-driven concept into our definition of done.
